Will I be playing with others?
No, all bookings are private, meaning that only you and your party will be present for the experience you booked.
How many people can play in a room?
Although we recommend 3-5 players per room, our rooms have a capacity of 8 people.
Is there an age limit for the rooms?
No, there is no age limit. All of our rooms are family friendly!
Are the rooms wheelchair accessible?
The rooms are wheelchair-accessible unless explicitly mentioned in the descriptions. However, feel free to call us at 905-669-3938 so we can select the best experience for you and your group.
Whats the refund/cancellation policy?
While we’ll do our best to help with rescheduling, last-minute changes or absences can’t be transferred or refunded. If you need to adjust your plans, just give us a call or email us as soon as you can. We can’t offer refunds or rescheduling options for cancellations or no-shows, so please be sure to confirm your plans before booking.
How early should I arive?
10 to 15 minutes is best.
What if im late?
Please arrive 10 -15 minutes early to get settled. If you’re late, you might not get the full game experience, as we want to keep everything on schedule for everyone.
